Fred Sandback: Vertical Constructions
Organized in collaboration with the Estate of Fred Sandback, this exhibition recreates the artist's important 1987 mid-career solo presentation at the Westfälischer Kunstverein, Münster, which featured six new works that each uniquely engaged vertical space. The exhibition brings these works together for the first time since 1987 and expands on the presentation with the addition of an early elastic cord work and an expansive, room-filling work from 1991.
