The Prado presents an exhibition curated by Gloria Moure on the German artist Sigmar Polke, considered one of the most influential painters of the post-war period, and his relationship with Goya. Polke / Goya, sponsored by the Fundación Amigos del Museo del Prado and with the collaboration of the City Council of Madrid, will include objects, photographs, paintings, films and drawings that reveal the connection between the two artists in terms of both their subject matter and pictorial techniques.
