Museum No Hero presents Kleine Ewigkeit, Neo Rauch and Rosa Loy’s first joint presentation in the Netherlands.
Rauch and Loy both belong to the New Leipzig School, an artistic movement known for its enigmatic, surreal figuration. Rosa Loy's work reflects her training as a horticultural engineer, often showing natural worlds populated by strong female figures. Neo Rauch creates a universe full of mysteries. Scenes that seem familiar at first glance turn out, upon closer inspection, to be populated by enigmatic figures.
Kleine Ewigkeit includes 65 paintings and two sculptures owned by the artists, from the Perlmut Collection, Galerie Kleindienst, Galerie Eigen + Art and Museum No Hero.
